Historic Barker Lake Lodge   Golf and Activities

Hole #8 The Hayward Lakes area is known as "Wisconsin's Golf Capital" hosting numerous courses for every golfers handicap.  Barker Lake Golf Course was designed and built in the 1920's and is located 100 yards from the Lodge. This area is known for its sports of hunting and fishing.  Musky, bass, walleyed pike, northern pike and pan fish are in abundance.  The woods are full of wild game, grouse, deer and bear.  Upon request, we can provide a guide service to help you.  Our property borders The Chequamegon National Forest and is minutes from Wisconsin's largest wilderness lake, the Chippewa Flowage.
